The Swing Choir Tour from Lutheran Outdoor
Ministries Center (LOMC), will be performing at St John's Lutheran Church,
Rock Island, IL, Sunday, July 25, at 7:00 p.m. The LOMC
Swing Choir is made up
of young people in grades 9-12 from Illinois. They are under the
direction of Katie Andrade of St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Naperville.
Open House—You’re invited to celebrate Mel
Peterson’s 80th birthday! July 31st from 1:00—4:00 in
Trinity’s Multipurpose Room. (No gifts please.)
Up ‘N Adam, Eve—Wednesday, August 4th at 8:30
a.m. Richard Hardwood, Professor of Geology/Geography at
Black Hawk College presents, “A US National Parks and Monuments Geologic
Overview.” Tickets $4.00 July 25th and August 1st in the Multipurpose Room

Prayer
Retreat - October
1st & 2nd, 2010. Partners in Prayer is sponsoring an all Trinity
member prayer retreat at St. Mary’s Monastery in Rock Island. Questions? Ask Patty Tillman, Sheryl Eckermann,
Judy Rullman, Joyce Ford, or Cindy Wildermuth.
Yoga
Classes - Sessions are from 4:30-5:45 on Wednesday in the Sunday School Temple Room.
This ‘drop-in’ class (no reservations are required) is $9.00/session
(your 11th class is free). The class is from
beginner level upward and everyone is welcome. Tammy Long
from the Davenport School of Yoga will be leading the class. If
you have never performed this form of exercise, this would be a great
opportunity to try it.
"Sabbath"
Study- Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks and
Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30 pm in the Chapel.
