Trinity in August...Minister
of Music Position filled! The new part time salaried position of Minister
of Music is a coordinator position, ensuring that all Trinity music ministry needs
are staffed. This person oversees the work of a number of contracted musicians
and manages administrative duties such as the music budget. This approach means
that one person’s departure does not affect the entire music program, giving us
flexibility in our music ministry in many ways. We are pleased to announce that
Mr. Dave Maccabee has accepted this position and look forward to his ministry
of administration in the music ministry at Trinity. As we know more regarding
staffing for music ministry, we will let you know! Trinity
Supper Club will meet on Tuesday, August 19th at 5:30 p.m. in Founders Hall.
Tickets are$7.00/person and will be available on August 10th and 17th in Founders
Hall. BBP Orientation: Sunday, August 24th, at 1pm is the place to
be if you have a youngster entering Blessed Beginnings Preschool
Trinity
in September...Worship Emphasis in September - The Season of Creation:
This September our worship services will feature an emphasis on God’s creation
and on our care of all that God created for our use. Each Sunday will have an
emphasis on one aspect of creation with special worship orders, visual elements,
and more. This emphasis starts Sunday, September 7th which we are calling
“River Sunday” and will conclude Sunday September 28th with “Wilderness
Sunday”. Please plan to join us – guests are welcome to come too!
Fall
Festival: Sunday, September 7th, following worship, please plan to join us
and our community for our annual Fall Festival outside in the area right outside
our North Narthex (Office entrance). We plan to have the bounce house, games,
food, activities, and information about what is happening here at Trinity this
fall! Ongoing at Trinity ...
